Throughout the entire conference, from Monday, May
20, through Saturday, May 25, posters will be displayed in Bruner 112 (the
coffee room).

Posters are expected to be in the form of a paper
prepared according to the "Instructions
for the Authors" no more then 8 pages long (format 8.5" by 11", or
format A4). Space will then be provided to each contributor to display
his/her paper. If more space is needed or if a different format poster
is planned, please contact Dr. Rafal Ablamowicz, Organizer, at rablamowicz@tntech.edu.

Picnic on University grounds in a park from 4:00
to 7:00 on Wednesday (for those not going to a music concert in Nashville)

Trip to the Hermitage, the Home of Andrew Jackson,
and to Nashville - on Wednesday, leaving at 2:00 p.m. and returning around
9:00 p.m. NOTE: Tickets for $20 per person can be purchased on Monday and
Tuesday, May 20 and 21. Please check your folder for the
registration form for the trip. For more information, go to http://www.hermitage.org/.
The $20 ticket is for transportation to and from Nashville, and for admission
to the Hermitage. After the tour of Andrew Jackson's Home, bus will take
you to downtown Nashville to a restaurant for a dinner. The cost of the
dinner is not included in the ticket.

Coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
from 4:35 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Bruner 112, and a coffee social on Saturday
