CONFERENCE FEES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The Conference Registration Fee covers: writing materials, shuttle between the conference hotels: Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Comfort Suites and Ramada Suites and the TTU campus to Bruner Hall where all lectures will be held (one ride to the campus in the morning and one ride back to the hotels in the evening), picnic on Wednesday, banquet on Friday (for the participant only, accompanying person(s) will need to buy additional banquet ticket(s)), access to the Internet, e-mail, University library, refreshments and coffee. Participants staying in on-campus dormitory will receive a $10 reduction in the Conference Registration Fee.
There is a separate registration fee for the Lecture Series on Clifford Algebras and their Applications that is to be presented on May 18-19, 2002. This fee includes a copy of the lecture notes and refreshments.
Most fees are subject to a Late Registration Fee of $30 when paid after
March 15, 2002, as shown in the table below.

|Wednesday 2:00 p.m. trip to the Hermitage, the Home of Andrew Jackson in Nashville. The cost of the ticket covers bus transportation to and from Nashville, and a ticket to the Hermitage. After the tour of the Hermitage, the bus will take conference participants to downtown Nashville to a restaurant for a dinner and some free time. The cost of the dinner is not included in the $20 ticket price. Tickets will be available for purchase on Monday and Tuesday, May 20 and 21. To pay conference fees, please print the Registration and Fees Payment Form (regform.txt). To print regform.txt, just left-click on regform.txt and then print it from your browser. To download regform.txt to your system, right-click on regform.txt and select "Save Link As ...", then load it into Notepad, and type in appropriate information. Then, send it via regular mail to:

deposits will charge a small 2% fee on the amount charged. Thus, please

(a) If you do not want to put credit card information on the Registration and Fees Payment Form, please call Vickie Mayberry, Conference Secretary, at (931) 372-3442 from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 noon or from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Give her your name, amount to be charged to your card, card type (Visa, Master Card, Discover), card expiration date and number. Please describe what the payment is for and follow up with a fax of the Registration and Fees Payment Form to fax (931) 372-6353. Please let Vickie know whether you would like to receive Registration Confirmation and/or a receipt via the email or the snail mail. You can also check off appropriate box on the Registration and Fees Payment Form.
(b) E-mail me completely filled out Registration and Fees Payment Form with all needed information to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also scan your form and send it as an e-mail attachment. Please check off appropriate box on the Registration and Fees Payment Form to indicate that you would like to receive confirmation of the payment.

Please inquire with your bank as it may assess additional service charges):
|NOTE: I have recently found out that some banks involved in transferring
conference payments have been deducting (randomly) $15 or $20 from the
transferred amounts. Thus, please add $20 to your total funds transferred
via a wire. I am sorry but the Conference Organizers cannot cover this

(b) Please make sure to include your name in the wire. In order to help us process your wire accurately, please fax us to the Math Department at fax (931) 372-6353 your completed Registration and Fees Payment Form. This is because there will be no space on the actual wire form to explain what the payment is for. Please let us also know whether you would like to receive Registration Confirmation and/or a receipt via the email or the snail mail (just check off appropriate box on the Registration and Fees Payment Form).
(c) Please follow your wire with e-mail to both of the following: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com in the TTU Business Office alerting them that you have wired your payment.
CHECKS: [This is the least desirable method of payment.] Send me via the snail mail the Registration and Fees Payment Form and one of the checks listed below. These checks must be payable only in the US dollars. Checks not payable in the US dollars cannot be deposited and will be returned to the sender. This includes checks written on Canadian banks. In that case, the registration will be voided.
